From the very beginning, we were impressed how the builder, Randy, sat down with us and was open to our customizations. On the fly, he moved the kitchen configuration and added a covered porch. This was just the beginning. We joked that we became “those clients”, requesting change after change. He took it all in stride, unruffled, and displayed a remarkable willingness to discuss and implement alterations. From a tiled frameless glass shower, freestanding soaking tub, three tiled niches, gas double oven, tiled backsplash and custom kitchen cabinets that went all the way to ceiling, he and his team delivered.

Randy and his contractors are pleasant and respectable people. While searching for a builder, I came across unprepared and unpresentable options for a builder. When I met with Randy, he and his team had plans, flooring and cabinet options, paint options, shingle options and had an answer to every single question I had asked.
